How to work with us?

Our design team guides customers from an initial proof-of concept stage, through prototyping, to production stage in an organized and structured flow. To work with us, customers must have a substrate and design layout of the to be coated wafer.

1. Feasibility stage

The  stamp allows to deposit nano and micro-materials at
wafer-scale (4" - 8") with extensive parallelization.

2. Prototyping stage

If successful, the second phase involves the development of a prototype device that demonstrates the basic requirements of the application. This typically involves printing dies or wafers using MPD.

3. Production stage

Transfer to production is the last phase that involves process optimization for reliable production.

Why customers select MPD?

MPD is a superior alternative micro fabrication method that allows for the accurate and reproducible deposition nano and micro materials while ensuring high scalability. Alternative methods such as screen printing or inkjet are inherently limited in terms of accuracy or scalability.

Scalability

The  stamp allows to deposit nano and micro-materials at wafer-scale  (4" - 8") with extensive parallelization.

Accuracy

The stamp contains microchannels which are filled with micro and nano- materials. This results in accurate deposition of full 3D-controlled microstructures.

Reproducibility

By accurately fabricating the stamp, a highly reproducible deposition process is achieved.
